  Comment by Allakhazam MY little twinker druid got this when he was at lvl Comment by I used all 3 charges up and there is no repairing it other than durability. Use the 3 charges wisely. Along with that both palys and warrs can use axes and their are much better axes avilable around this lv. Warriors would get much weaker overpowers, but that's about it, shamans dont have wind fury yet, and ofc speed doesn't matter for druids as feral trumps attack speed. Comment by bloodseek i got this weapon at around lvl 30 with my feral druidl.
